Unfortunately, many people have a tough time using the ancient Chinese Gender Chart (CGC), as they have troubles in converting between lunar (Chinese) calendar and gregorian (western)
calendar. For this reason, we have created an easy to read gender chart that do not require Chinese (lunar) calendar calculation at all.
In the tradition Chinese Gender Chart, we put lunar ages of mothers (from age 18 to 45), at the rows. In this version of CGC, we have replaced them with the corresponding western calendar date range. At the columns, we have also replaced the lunar months with their western date counterpart. Since the gregorian-lunar calendar date conversion is different every year, this version of CGC is also different year by year.

- Choose the year that you would like to conceive baby.
- From the left side of the chart, find out the date range where the mother's birthday falls in.
- At the same row, look for the blue boxes if you want to conceive a boy, and pink boxes if you want to conceive a girl.
- Check out the date range of the chosen boxes at the top (or bottom) of the chart, whcih are the suggested time ranges to have the baby conceived.
